Hi Jon
The viewport is 15" OD and the machined receiver is 14 3/4" heavy.
I had machined a groove in all my viewport receivers for a rubber O ring
but then heard that it created a point loading situation so I then filled
the groove with weld metal so then planned to use a Sikaflex like a lot of
the guys had.
