Dear PSUB community – it is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the passing of Phil Nuytten. He was not only my boss, he was a second father to me, my mentor and one of my best friends. I know his work inspired many of your members to build their dreams and explore the depths. He was very proud of that. Time is precious – get your subs in the water!
