 Rick, the sub was maybe 15 lb heavy.  As a rule I try to be close to neutral, then have weights on ropes to add as needed.Make it at least 15 or 20 lb or you will be all day waiting for it to dive.Hank

Hi all just did 400 feet for one hr and no water intrusion in motors.  Decent rate was 5 min for 400 feet and 4 motors on one reg and one OP valve.  Also 4 to 5 min to surface
