Thanks for the tip. The Sensirion SCD30 costs about $60 compared to the GSS Cozir I have been using at $109. Specifications from datasheet look similar although the SCD30 shows a lifetime of 15 years compared to COZIR which shows 5 years. Big advantage if true, but we better get one going soon because a lot of us aren't going to be around, or will be in our own la-la land, by 2036 when it comes time to see if it's still working accurately. Great selling point for us senior members..."the last CO2 sensor you'll ever need!" :) :)

In the current issue of MAKE magazine, there's an article called "Fresh Air." Instructions for making several different monitor start on page 24. One of them is small enough to fit into a large finger ring. I've not done anything like that for 40 years, so I'm not going to think about evaluating it.
The article is "ROBO-BOAT." That's about an autonomous boat.
$14.99, so it's a bit expensive for a magazine.
