 Here is my new nose cone, still have some things to do with it . Putting an access hole in the bottom, and some hole at the top.  Along with some additional support.  And I will be ordering a big piece of that rov foam , 680lbs additional positive buoyancy. and I'm doing a bunch of other things as well.
