Hi Hank, I doodled your fabrication and have some questions.
How are you draining the tank, it seems like there will be trapped air.
How are you controlling the swing of the arm once filed with air? It seems
like it will have a lot of movement while in the surface depending on the
sea state.
Does the tank have an open area that we cannot see in the image?
Interesting concept to increase surface stability.
