Congrats!!!! The longitudinal transfer is surely just the additional displacement provided by the CT when you submerge, since in relative terms it’s larger and further aft than on a typical psub. Perhaps just let it do a bit of a wheelie on the surface so it’s trimmed out when underwater? Or is it so inclined on the surface that the hatch opening gets close to the waterline? Then yes... I see a big movable weight coming.
Im looking forward to some UW or onboard footage next!
