you can pick up "Manned Submersibles" by Frank Busby relatively cheaply.

$50- which is not bad considering it is 800 pages.

I have a hard cover copy as does a lot of other psubbers. 

The 2 links to it on the Psubs site sent me to a blank page & a scantily clad woman 

who doesn't look at all like Frank Busby!
