Hank - are you referring to the ASME Safety Standard for Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy (PVHO-1), or something else? PVHO-1 exhaustively details required window geometries, but the fabrication section is relatively short. It does, however, outline the required annealing schedules. I was going to sit down today and try to answer your earlier email about your intended window. Between PVHO-1 and Jerry Stachiw's Handbook of Acrylics, all the info you need is in there.
