Steve, I agree, I figure with my radial scrubber witch is also my manual backup scrubber. I would put the charcoal at the bottom, witch makes it contact the air first. My reasoning is if there is smoke in the sub, it will get cleaned up first ahead of the Soda Sorb. If I recall you have a scrubber from Emile? so the same would apply. Hank

Hank, I was thinking the same. In my mind as long as the scrubber media in the reduced capacity (80%) is understood and acceptable I can't see any issues with this combined process. Maybe the charcoal should be first?
