I have seen the movie..
 
Means to remember the use two of them. The bad guys use it.
I think ist was the same movie were they use the underwater Lotus.
 
Bond drop a anti tank mine from the underwater car and destroy one of the 
reef rangers behind him.
 
Lot of submarines in that movie.
