[PSUBS-MAILIST] 3 phase power

Hi All,I need some input on converting single phase power to 3 phase.  I am thinking about going with a rotary phase converter for the two small motors on the lathe.  I am not sure though if my 208 V motors can handle 220-240 volt power.  I need to check my power source but it will be at least 220 I am guessing.  Maybe I need to use an inverter with variable output power if that exists?Hank
