No Doug, at least not for navigation.
I have a camera mount for an underwater camera on my ambient sub.
It was made from a car side mirror mount & has pan & tilt capability
however the angle range is not great. They sell camera gimbals on
hobbyking's site, that may be better for doing the pan & tilt.
