[PSUBS-MAILIST] 2016 Convention?

Scott/All, I would be willing to be part of a team to help organize.  I should have bandwidth to assist with a few assignments. If we confirm a core team early we can divide the work load and get an early start.  Looks like we already have some subs and a reasonable date.
