[PSUBS-MAILIST] 2016 Convention?

Seneca is one of the finger lakes, in upstate NY. If you made it all the
way there, yes it would certainly be fun to try to follow the sub down in a
test. I tried to do that once and couldn't stay within sight, but it was in
miserable visibility. It should be feasible at Seneca.
