[PSUBS-MAILIST] Alec's new sub

I'm not receiving the attachments, perhaps they are too big for the mail
list or something. But if you see something looking like a tank between the
hull and deck, chances are its one of the PVC tubes that hold the trawl
floats for adjusting buoyancy.
