[PSUBS-MAILIST] Depth Test

Hank,
Is there any special regulations if I were to tow my sub across the border? I am going to try to figure out how to make this work. I would feel alot more comfortable putting the sub on a winch off a barge to depth test.

deep tests and have returned home empty handed. 
Believe me, it can go bad in a hurry.  Just bring it up
to Canada, Slocan lake is 970 feet deep 500 yards off
shore.  I will help you.
