Web took things literally. George told him to test his K-350 to 500 feet for safety so Web hauled it to the Finger Lakes in NY where there was enough water. And took her in stages right on down to 500 feet. Kittredge was shocked. Web, not so much. He figured if he built it right it was going to do 500 anyway, so he might as well go along.
