Right! Right! But think: how much cooler to *not* wait for clear weather, and launch those volunteer psubs from a gigantic converted nuclear submarine? Can you imagine how cool that would be? Who wouldn't go for the chance to have their little boat loaded into the hanger bay of the big vessel, and get to ride around in it for a week?
