This is a question about fabricating dive planes out of Aluminum. Has anyone used the soldering or brazing aluminum with a propane torch? The aluminum is heated with a propane torch and a rod about 1/8 inch in dia is applied. Does it hold up in the marine environment? Is it as strong as Heliarc as advertised?
