Why would the air pressure inside the "Dew Bell" force the viewport off? 
Isn't the pressure equal?? Hmmmm....ambient pressure.  I hope you replenish 
the air down there, the oxygen could be depleted very quickly. Also, don't 
eat any gassy food, your days as a Dew bell diver could be over rather 
quickly, Ha!!
