As of 1982, you could get a BSOE from Florida Institute of Tech, Florida
Atlantic U, Texas A&M, U of Rhode Island and U of Hawaii. Oh, and MIT, but
since you're working for a living, I reckon that you're not independently
wealthy. :-o Joe
