I use Juno for the list and e-mail in general.   Netzero for
web-browsing.
Both FREE.

Donwside to them is advertising.  Netzero is the worse, but one can
ignore it.

You'll have some trouble connecting to Netzero at first, for some reason.
I can't say anything bad about Juno; it's saved me from happy99 and
melissa.

OK, the truth is that I use my university account for most web-wandering.
But Netzero is getting more and more use.
