	I think it might behoove the curious to examine the sorts of things
builders of experimental aircraft go through before selling their
homebuilts. It is a similar sort of liability situation, except of course
that the FAA has a mechanism and bureaucracy to deal with homebuilt planes
that can offer some modicum of lawyerly protection.
