Re: PSUBS Privacy Statement

I always knew that there was an archive of the list on the web, and that
generally anything on the web is randomly-accessible by anybody unless it's
locked by a password or something. Which means it can be read directly
without having to go through the index or introduction, without control of
and sometimes to the frustration of the site's owner. I'm sure there's
other complicated ways around this nowadays, using Java scripts or
something, but ick. I figure that's just the way it is. Besides -- how many
people are going to look at it? To most folks, it's just boring, boring,
boring.
