Hello Brian, Take a close look at the application note U-102. It is basically a PWM motor controller. The FETs are still applicable. Be careful not to underestimate this circuitry, switching 10 amperes can be tricky without realizing the effects of parasitics. I switch 60 amperes and had no problems but my layout was critical.
