Marcelo,

We're planning to simple use a piece of plastic pipe with absorbent in it and a thin mesh at both ends to hold the absorbent in place. There will also be a fan at the one end to help with air circulation.

   I'm designing my first sub, so I still have a lot of doubts, one of 
them is: How can I develop a system to absorb CO2 accumulated in the 
pressure hull by the breathing of the people?
   Can these systems be bought in the market?
