ah..er...what web survey tool?  :) :)   I have to apologize and state that it's

nowhere at the moment.  I've got committments all this week which means
I won't get to it before the weekend.  Martin had mentioned he wanted to
put something together as well, but we should coordinate so that we don't
both code the same thing.

Ray, do you have the exact list of items you want on the survey?  I don't
think I kept my own copy after I sent it in to you.
