Ray,
     I do have a checklist that I use but I am not sure that it fits to
well for other designes and I am still working through it refining it.  I
can not assure that it is nearly complete.  So be warned that it is only
for my sub.  I did my own machining of the windows.  I do not mind making
my writing into white papers if that is helpful.  But please proof read it
one more time for grammer, punctuation, and spelling.  I did not have my
highest grades in spelling etc.
