Re: where do you get the books?

	You can contact American Bureau of Shipping at:

	phone	(212) 839-5016
	fax	(212) 839-5208

ask for the Publications Department and/or Marge Smith.

If you have a fax machine Marge will fax you the order form. This is what
she did for me. If you call she can give you the information to order by
mail. List price is $75. may be some shipping and tax.
