We are receiving a major blizzard in New England with high winds and
projected snow accumulations of 10-15 inches by tomorrow morning.

The likelyhood that power failures will occur seems to be quite high,
and service to WHOWEB.COM may be interupted.  If the worst occurs, we
will be back on line as soon as power is restored.  The last time this
happened we were without power for 48 hours.
