Mission statement: proposal

Hi,

	I have one proposed mission statement:

		To encourage and to engage in designing, building, and 
		operating personal submersibles.

I purposly kept it a little non-specific because I don't want to limit anyones
imagination or scope. The idea is to encourage getting private citizens
into their private submarines. I don't care if their subs are one-man,
two-man, 40 man, electric, human powered, nuclear.... I don't care if between
us only one sub gets built or if we all build one. 

	My goal with this team is to encourage ourselves and others to make
progesss toward the end goal of getting their own sub. If all that means is
for someone to collect newpaper articles, that's fine. If all that means is
for someone to collect plans, that's fine. If all that means is someone
builds a real, live, working submarine, that's even better.
