Now that we have some kind of an initial effort for people to respond to, rather than 
the "void" we were working in before, there are a number of things that we need to do.

How about a mission statement?  I like the idea of limiting the scope of the interest to 
make it somehow eqivalent to what homebuilt aircraft people do.  I suppose the cost, 
difficulty, and probability of getting killed are about the same.
