Will you please listen to MY message? Your friend bought a scam, and a
scam story. As a psubber, you should have known. There is no Kittredge
Industries. Hasn't been for a couple of decades. George shut it all down
long before he died. A successor means a line of succession. There
wasn't one. George had no living relatives. No business associates. And
no business except for his own. Your friend got screwed with a copy of
the Japanese maritime rules society that set the standards for their
K-350. If I was the current owner of the rights for REAL K-350 plans,
I'd be selling your friend a full set at full price. No fill in sheets.

there are successors - he's dead, but somebody is carrying on the
business. That's what a successor is.
Does anybody have the missing drawings? Was there ever a construction
manual published?

The set of plans received by my friend is definitely incomplete. All
drawings bear a Japanese classification society's approval markings,
suggesting that these are copies of a set of plans submitted for
approval, then repatriated and used as substitute masters when the
original vellums went missing...
