I am a French photographer and journalist and I am looking for someone who
recently finished making a homebuilt personal dry submarine. 

I would like to realize a nice and unusual article about the builder and his
work for a French general interest magazine.

I am myself very impressed by motivated people working on unusual or
technologic homemade projects and this is the reason why I would like to
show this kind of stories through my job.

It is important that the realisation is amateur and that the submarine is
ready to dive. Preferably (but not necessarily) in Europe or Canada/USA for
convenience of travel.
