I think it's time for a virus scan. Or possibly a password to an online webmail
account was stolen and used for spam? Time to change the password then. If you
don't find any viruses in the scan, and you are running as an administrator
account then the virus will have infected the whole computer and you'll have
to erase and reinstall (instead of just making a new account.)

This is my third try at sending this. I think it didn't work because it
contained a copy of the spam URL.
