So 346.5 cubic inches of water in 1 minute. 5.775in^3 in a second. 94.635
cm^3/sec.

1 Psi = 6894.75729 Pascals (Newtons / m^2)
So 

So 9PSI = 62053 N/m^2. 62053 N/m^2 * m^2 / 10000cm^2 = 6.2053N/cm^2

There are 94.635 cm^3 to fill up. Pushing 6.2053N on one cm^2. That's 0.946
meters to go in one second.

1 N * m = 1 Watt

0.946m * 6.2053N = 5.87 Nm = 5.87 Watts of water
motor is using 120W so efficiency is 0.0489
