Within Huntington District, yes, temporarily until they can put a policy 
in place to ensure public safety.  They are putting a team together to 
come up with a policy and we have contributed our suggestions for such a 
policy already.  They have said that they will include some PSUBS 
members as part of that team so we can collaborate on a policy that 
satisfies everyone.

You can read the original posts by going to the September 2011 archives 
at www.psubs.org -> Email Archive and then select 2011 from the menu on 
the left.  A a member you can also view the written correspondence 
between the Corps and PSUBS by logging into your PSUBS account and 
selecting Documents/Information from the left menu.
