Hugh,

PSUBS has an account at gemeco (www.gemeco.com) and although they don't 
sell Lumitec, they do sell "Ocean LED" and "H2O Lights" brands of LED 
underwater lights.  I couldn't find any light output rating on the 
Lumitec website although they claim to out-perform their competitors.  
My guess is that all of these units would need an adequate housing for 
deep diving but that housing should be pretty simple to construct.
