Very interesting; thanks for sharing it.  Those are the plans for USS Tang (SS-563) not to be confused with the earlier USS Tang (SS-306) sunk by her own torpedo in WWII.
 
SS-563 had an unusually long career of 52 years serving in the US Navy from 1951 until 1980 and in the Turkish Navy from 1980 until 2004.  She's now a museum ship in Izmir, Turkey along with the former USS Ainsworth (FF-1090).  For those interested in history, here are a couple of links that tell more of the story.
