[PSUBS-MAILIST] design change

I've moved my conning tower back to my large diamenter (4') cylinder. This mitigates the problem of having my conning tower intersecting the smaller diameter cylinder and the associated weakness in that area. It also gives me more elbow room and gets the conning tower up higher, giving me a better view and probably more freeboard. A win win situation. - good thing this is taking me so long I would have been pissed if I had thought of this stuff after the fact ! Actually, the full scale mock up I have is what pushed me to deal with the problems.
