The connect bond bar must be around three times thicker than the wall you want to connect.
The mid area of the bond is pure 99% aluminum with a low tensile strength.
Welding process must be very carefull the stuff tends to give way with more that 350 degree C in the center.
You can not make a pressure tight compartment fom it.
Because you can weld such a bond pure longitudinal buit not vertical on the conections between two bars.
And the bars length is limited to around 2-4 meters.
The stuff is expensive..
