Tried this today with a 12vdc car battery and the drift remains. I've
gotten a couple of suggestions to add a capacitor between the supply and
ground of the power going to the pressure sensor (used 10uF) but that
didn't help either.
The other really strange thing is that when I remove the power to the
LM34 temp sensors (leaving the ground attached to the UNO board) the ADC
pulls "0". But if I remove the power from the pressure sensor, the ADC
pulls random numbers just as it does if there is nothing attached to the
analog input. I have no clue what that means, its just an observation.

You should test your pressure sensor using a standard 9 volt battery, this
to see if your problem (drift) is caused by the Laptop AC/DC Adapter as
the 18.72 volt may contain some some high frequency AC pulses.
