At 1:16 you can see that the forward dome is still closed but untight - because of the dome own lift and the air overpressure. 
At 1:42 you can see that the dome opens - (unlocked by me after the overpressure was gone by the open aft dome) 
Only the aft dome was unlocked as the sub touch the bottom.
