Jaubert brought suit, Dubai World counter-sued. Since Jaubert
admitted his alleged tape of his interrogation was a "re-enactment" which he
made himself with a couple of other guys, he may consider himself a "winner" for
not getting his hinder parts handed to him for that little concoction.
Judges tend to take a dim view of things like that. This all presumes the
newspaper article reported that accurately.
