Also, use a standard op-amp as a voltage amplifier to raise the said
millivolt DC "signal" (O2 level) up a bit, and finally, a voltage
comparator would give you a signal whenever the O2 level reaches a
preselected low level (similar to what we discussed when playing around
with rudder indicator ideas).
