Go to http://www.psubs.org/mlist/leavelist.cgi and follow the instructions. The server will return an email within 10 minutes asking you to confirm that you want to leave the list. Simply reply to that email (no body message necessary) and the server will remove you automatically within another 10 minutes. In summary: 1) Send email to removeme-personal_submersibles@psubs.org 2) Wait for confirmation email to be returned to you. 3) Reply to confirmation email.
