Marc,

The current wiki/FAQ is customized software that doesn't lend itself 
well to a third party making changes.  However, changing to a web format 
will make things rather simple.  As the administrator you will have to 
log in to add entries, and of course you'll want to categorize things in 
a logical fashion.  Its as simple as using web based email.

The current web forum software we have was free, but I'm not happy with 
the layout or administration section.  If someone has a suggestion for 
better web-forum or bulletin-board software I'd like to hear about it.
