I've been trying to track down penetrators recently so this is timely.
There is a video showing how they connect to a bulkhead & howw they work here.

There is also another picture that shows the gland being used as a connector between 2 cables.
Have you use these as a quick connect system, or do you know wether they can be used like this?

Emile you forgot to mention that the price of one of this hullpenetrator is about 3.5 USD..

The nice on it is that you can relative small S/S weld in penetrator plates use for the blue globbes 
because they are relative small. Or take a lot of them per plate..
