I saw Duncan's sub sitting in his driveway in North Vancouver after the hull 
welding was completed.  It is definitely a good start - entirely 316L stainless 
- would look very cool if polished.  Very sorry to hear that he will not see 
his project completed.  Best wishes to Duncan and his family.
